For years I have been making books & folders for funerals & funeral directors. I never actually write about it, but why not?

After the sudden loss in 2023 of a loved one in the family, it made me think again. We had a fantastic funeral director. So warm, so personal. That kept us going in that funeral week and she helped ensure that we set up a beautiful funeral service. Of course I took care of a book. Tough to print in an emotional week. I have shed many tears behind my letterpress. I have been thinking about a new design condolence book, which I think is appropriate for such a beautiful farewell. Funerals are becoming more and more personal. All my new condolence books are handmade and have been in the book press below for a while to dry and will soon be available to order here & be printed by me.
