General
These terms and conditions apply to every agreement concluded between 1000en1boeken and the customer.
By placing an order with 1000en1boeken the customer agrees to the terms of delivery ​​of 1000en1boeken.
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, the applicability of other general terms and conditions is excluded.
1000en1boeken has the right to change these terms of delivery and the content of its website at any time.

Agreements and offers
An agreement is established after acceptance of 1000en1 boeken of the customer's order. After your payment has received, 1000en1boeken will be notified of this and will review your order. 1000en1boeken is entitled to refuse an order or to impose certain conditions to the delivery.
If an order is not accepted or additonal delivery conditions are applied, the customer will be informed of this by email and , in case of order rejection, the money will be refunded.

Prices and payments
All prices mentioned on this site are in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping and handling costs. Payment must be made in advance.
For orders that are being processed, the delivery time stated at the products applies.

Custom fees and taxes
Please keep in mind, buyers will be responsible for any customs and import taxes in their country. I'm alsonot responsible for delays due to customs.

Delivery


Products are sent as soon as they are ready.

If PostNL does not deliver on time, 1000en1 books cannot be held liable.I cannot actually guarantee a specific delivery date, once I ship it, it is in the hands of the postal services and out of my control. I cannot help you during this time. I don't work at the postal services so your milage on delivery times may vary. Sometimes it might arrive earlier, sometimes it might take longer.

PACKAGES WITHIN THE NETHERLANDS: Your package will be send with track en trace. You can read more on the page shipping: 

The delivery address is the address that the customer has specified to 10000en1boeken and which is stated in the invoice. The customer can have the order delivered at home or at another address to be specified.
PLEASE NOTE: I always send to the address you provide. If you would like to have the package sent to another address, please respond within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order has been delivered to the post office, I can NOT change the address.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Your parcel /package will be send with track and trace and is insured. in case of a missing parcel / package. 
This means you have to sign for your parcel / package. When your product is at the post office it is out of my hands and the responsibilty of PostNL + the postal service of your country. I cannot garantee anything. 
I case of a missing parcel/ package I can start an investigation by PostNL 25 days after the day it is shipped.

PO Boxes: I do not ship to a PO box by default. If you would like to have your package sent to a PO box, please contact me first.

If a product is no longer in stock, e.g. the product must first be made or if delivery is delayed, the customer will be notified by e-mail no later than two days after he / she has placed the order. In that case the customer has the right to cancel the order without costs. 1000en1boeken will in that case provide a refund.

Shipping costs
The products are sent via PostNL. The shipping costs are increased with the applicable VAT rate and a surcharge for handling.

Exchange and return

I am proud of the quality and craftsmanship of all my products and my goal is that you are satisfied with your purchase. I do my best to accurately photograph and describe my products.
If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations upon arrival, please contact me within 7 business days of delivery for consultation.
Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless a demonstrably incorrect personalization has been applied by 1000en1boeken. If you have submitted it incorrectly, 1000en1boeken cannot take responsibility for this.
Exchange of a non-personalized item is possible within 7 working days (starting on the date of receipt of the order), provided that the product is returned undamaged, unused, unaltered and in proper packaging. For this you need to request a return authorization by sending an email to retourzending@1000en1boeken.nl
On this email you will receive a confirmation with return address. The costs of sending back are for your own account (keep your proof of return) and you will receive the purchase amount within 30 days. Your original shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item you received has been sent by mistake (for example, because I sent the wrong item) or contains a personalization error. You also have to pay the customs surcharge that the seller must pay when the package returns (unless it is the wrong item or contains a personalization error).
I will refund your money or exchange it for another item as soon as your package is received in good condition.
Insufficient or unstamped shipments will not be processed by me. If the item has been carelessly packaged, the warranty will expire. If the period of 7 working days has expired, 1000en1 boeken cannot accept the return shipment.

Retention of title
All products delivered by 1000en1 Books remain the property of 1000en1 Books until the customer has fulfilled his / her obligations.

Warranty
If a product unexpectedly shows defects 1000en1boeken will exchange or repair the product. If the product cannot be exchanged or repaired, the customer can return the item. The order amount will then be refunded as quickly as possible.

Complaints and liability
Before shipment, the products are carefully checked by 1000en1boeken.
If there are nevertheless complaints about an ordered product, the customer can make this known via e-mail.
1000en1boeken will respond to the complaint within seven working days by telephone or e-mail.
1000en1boeken will assess the complaint. If a complaint is justified, 1000en1boeken will reimburse a maximum of the order amount plus the shipping costs for returning.
1000en1boeken is not liable for damage caused by improper use of the product.

Images and specifications
1000en1boeken tries to get all products photographed as good as possible. But it is possible that the colors on the photos differ from the colors of the products supplied.
Furthermore, all products are handmade. It is possible that dimensions and colors deviate slightly from what is shown on the website.
