Personal data that 1000en1boeken stores
To be able to process your order, I need various personal data from you such as your first and last name, address, and e-mail address. Entering your telephone number is optional. This phone number will only be used if there is something wrong with your order and I cannot reach you via the email address provided.
I use different web platforms where I have set up a webshop.

This is software with a secure SSL connection that stores your personal data and which only me and my webshop have access to. Mijnwebwinkel stores other data such as IP addresses, location data, internet browser and device type for statistical purposes. I can view this clearly in Google Analytics to improve my webshop and product folio.
https://www.etsy.com/en/shop/1000and1weddings runs on the Etsy web shop software. This too is software with a secure SSL connection that stores your personal data and which only me and Etsy have access to. Etsy stores other data such as IP addresses, location data, search terms, internet browser and device type for statistical purposes. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie only shares your data with third parties if this is necessary for the service. PostNL (shipping and logistics)
Other orders are sent via PostNL. It is therefore necessary to share your name, address and city details with PostNL. PostNL uses this information only for the correct delivery of your order. Photographs by photographers
Where I use photos in my product range, in product descriptions or blog posts, the photographer is always mentioned if they are not my own images. For the use of other people's images I have always asked permission from the photographer.
Retention period
For the Dutch tax authorities, it is mandatory to keep personal data that are required to place an order for 7 years. You have the right to view, change or delete (after this retention period) your saved data. If you want to make use of this, please contact me via privacy (at) 1000en1boeken dot nl.
