Shipment

CUSTOM FEES AND TAXES:
Please keep in mind, buyers will be responsible for any customs and import taxes in their country. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Your package will be send with track and trace and insured (in case of a missing parcel).
This means you have to sign for your package.

SHIPMENT WITHIN THE NETHERLANDS:  Your product will be sent with PostNL (standard package or letterbox package). You can choose for standard with tracking or with an extra insurance.  If you order multiple items at the same time so that I have to send it as a package, shipping costs are automatically calculated for a package.

PO-BOXES
I do NOT ship to a P.O.-BOX

MARKED AS A GIFT (for International orders):
I am obliged to add the invoice + mark it as a sale + put the amount in the shipping documentation because I ship it as a company.
These are Dutch legal regulations made by the Dutch government.

Everything is send with track and trace and I will send you that code + tracking information as soon as I have shipped your order.
 

BLACK FRIDAY & CHRISTMAS:
Black Friday will be on Friday 25th November 2022.
Please note that in the period November 25 until December 31 the postal services are extremely busy and delivery times are increasing in every country. When your package is at the post office and it is the responsiblity of the postal services I cannot help you. Please be prepared for longer delivery times, if you don’t have that time, consider not ordering.

NOTE 1: I cannot guarantee a specific date, once I ship it, it is in the hands of the postal services and out of my control. I cannot help you during this time.

At all destinations we see delays due to COVID-19. Countries take various measures and they also change continuously. PostNL has no influence on this. Therefore, we are currently unable to comment on the expected delivery time.


So, in light of the above statements, please be prepared for long delivery times, if you don’t have that time, consider not ordering.

Most products in my shop are near-ready for shipping (1-3 working days), other products will take 1 - 2 weeks or 2-3 weeks working days after payment is received (see each individual listing).

PLEASE NOTE: I always send to the shipping address in your order. 
If you like it to be send to another address, please email me within 24 hours after purchase. Once shipped I cannot change the address anymore.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
A single concertina or guestbook will be sent in a letterbox envelope
Larger products (ringbox, weddding album) will be sent as a package.

DAMAGED MAIL OR LOSS
All orders are hand packed by me with care and attention.
Damaged mail outiside The Netherlands:  You have to go to your postal service for a damage repport. Without a damage report from your postal services I cannot ask PostNL to help you. PostNL needs a damage report from your postal services to start an investigation.
Lost mail outside The Netherlands: I would like to advice you to contact your country's postal services and see if they can help you out to locate your package. From my side, I can only initiate an investigation into the whereabouts of your package AFTER the official delivery window has closed (determined by the postal services). Once initiated, an investigation will take at least 10 – 12 business days according to PostNL.

In The Netherlands I cannot ship on Saturdays or Sundays, only on week days.
